Empowering individuals and businesses to navigate conflicts and challenges with clarity and trust. Let's work together to create positive change.

Why Mediate

Why Mediate?

Mediation is a way of establishing, or in some cases re-establishing, communication between parties in dispute. It also allows for negotiation in a confidential setting.

Disputes can become so entrenched that neither party has the time or inclination to step back a little from the confrontation. Mediation can provide that safe space so that dialogue can start up and the issues underlying the dispute explored in a safe environment. If parties are willing to engage in mediation then the chances of success are very high indeed. Gordon’s experience and knowledge of various business sectors and in particular the performing arts gives him a solid understanding of how individuals within those environments interact. He is both practical and proactive in moving the discussion forward, looking to the future rather than dwelling on the past.

Initial Consultation

Each mediation is unique. During the initial consultation, we will delve into the complexities of your situation, goals, and aspirations, laying the groundwork for a tailored mediation plan. Building that rapport is an essential element of mediation. No fee will be charged at this stage.

Mediation Sessions

Customised mediation sessions are designed to address specific conflicts, facilitate open communication, and guide all parties towards mutually beneficial resolutions.

Progress Tracking

Regular progress tracking ensures that the mediation process is effective, allowing for adjustments and refinements to achieve the desired outcomes. Some mediations can be resolved in less than one day while others need to be nurtured with hourly, half day or full day sessions.
